Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments and operate in a fast-paced branch.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets and drive conversion through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the full loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and ensure compliance in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and available products.
