Regional Finance is hiring for an on-site Assistant Manager role focused on achieving loan sales targets and delivering customer-focused financial solutions. You will build relationships with customers, guide them through the loan lifecycle, and support new team members with coaching and training.

The role emphasizes handling cash, maintaining compliance, and communicating loan terms clearly. A valid driver's license and bilingual Spanish/English are required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsabilités

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle, recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they understand their options.
• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role.
