Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day club operations. You will lead front-line staff, coach employees, and help ensure a safe, welcoming facility while driving member satisfaction and retention.

This non-exempt, full-time position reports to the General Manager, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, payroll coordination, and performance documentation. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the club's mission and core values.
• Assist in daily club operations and achieve goals.
• Open and close the club per procedures.
• Provide exceptional member service and conduct tours.
• Schedule staff and assist payroll processes.
• Support hiring, coaching, and training of team members.
• Maintain club safety, cleanliness, and organization.
