Fitness Ventures LLC in Norman, OK is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily club operations and drive a welcoming, high-performing environment for members and staff.

As the on-site leader, you will support the General Manager, develop the team, ensure exceptional service, and contribute to membership growth while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum age of 18.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Leadership/management experience in fitness or customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in creating a diverse, inclusive culture and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise and develop team members to hit club performance goals.
• Oversee club operations in GM's absence and ensure brand integrity.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and standards.
