Job summary

Adobe's Growth Order Management team in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the order management workstream for one or more acquired businesses, supervise legacy contractors, and learn each acquisition's processes to guide a move toward standardized Adobe order management.

You will contribute to efficiency, define integration strategies, onboard to new systems, ensure business continuity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, finance, and legal to retire legacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in revenue operations, order management, business operations, or related field.
• Experience managing or coordinating contractors, vendors, or outsourced teams.
• Working knowledge of order-to-cash or order management systems and processes.
• Ability to learn a new business's systems quickly and translate to standardization or improvements.
• Experience in multi-functional projects involving systems integration, testing, or data migration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to document processes for varied audiences.
• Autonomy to drive work forward with limited day-to-day direction.
• Experience with order management systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors who process transactions in legacy source systems.
• Learn each acquisition's current order management process to calibrate ongoing support.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements within legacy systems and processes.
• Define integration strategies for migrating legacy order management onto Adobe systems.
• Operationalize plans for new product offerings and routes to market; test, document, and communicate changes.
• Complete onboarding to new systems ensuring business continuity and data migrations for acquisitions.
• Partner with internal and external auditors on SOX controls and audits.
• Provide issue support to sales, customer service, finance, and legal; drive automation opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain reports to support reconciliation, prioritization, and KPIs.
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures, policies, and onboarding materials.
