• Lead end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions across all lifecycle phases (due diligence, pre-close, post-merger integration).
• Manage cross-functional internal/external teams to deliver integration activities and remove roadblocks.
• Define integration KPIs and measure transaction-value drivers; drive technology rationalization and data environment integration.
