Job summary

Distributed Spectrum is seeking an Operations Associate, Growth to connect our fast-moving Growth team with the rest of the company. You will organize complex logistics, anticipate needs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as teams travel and engage customers.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating changes in a fast-paced startup. You will own travel details, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to scalable processes while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operations, coordination, or admin support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to chase down missing information.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own travel logistics for the Growth team, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, changes, and day-of issues.
• Chase down missing information from the team and ensure the right people have what they need.
• Build familiarity with our key customers and projects, and keep information organized and up to date.
• Maintain key trip details in one organized, visible place for all to access.
• Keep upcoming trips moving, even when the Growth team is on the road.
• Serve as the main contact for Growth’s travel-related operational needs.
• Stay ahead of changing plans and solve last-minute issues quickly.
• Build simple, repeatable processes to streamline travel and coordination over time.
• Provide light calendar, inbox, and admin support to a senior leader.
