Distributed Spectrum Inc. in New York City is seeking an Operations Associate, Growth to connect our fast-moving Growth team with the rest of the company. You’ll organize logistics, coordinate travel, chase down information, and keep teams informed so nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll own operational details for a team that travels to meet customers and build the business, with increasing autonomy as you prove yourself. A hungry, resourceful mindset helps you thrive.

Responsibilities

• Own travel logistics for the Growth team, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Chase down missing information and keep stakeholders informed across the company
• Build familiarity with key customers and projects and maintain up-to-date records
• Maintain centralized, visible trip details accessible to all colleagues
• Support senior leaders with calendar and administrative tasks
