Pliant is hiring a Growth Operations Analyst (m/f/d) to run the engine behind the US outbound motion from New York. You’ll report to Growth leadership and collaborate with Outbound Ops, RevOps, and AI teams. After 6 months, remote work may be possible based on performance.

You’ll build lead lists, keep CRM data accurate, and produce weekly leadership reports. The role focuses on Direct Sales and Travel, with potential expansion into Insurance and campaigns.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a fast-paced startup.

Responsabilidades

• Build and qualify target account lists for outbound campaigns.
• Score and segment accounts against ICP for BDR focus.
• Maintain deduplicated lists and CRM data accuracy.
• Monitor sequence enrollment, bounces, opt-outs and data gaps.
• Own US sales reporting including activity and pipeline metrics.
• Document workflows and assist rollout of new tools and platforms.
• Run and improve AI-powered workflows with the AI Unit.
