Wing is seeking an experienced RevOps/Growth Ops professional to lead the end-to-end outbound stack across GoHighLevel, Clay, LinkedIn outreach, and voicemail sequences. You will automate tool handoffs to eliminate manual copy-paste and drive daily optimization of inboxes and campaigns.

You will manage fast-paced outreach campaigns, triage replies, and route positive interactions into booked meetings, working with US/UK founders and a fully remote team. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in B2B outbound, growth ops, or RevOps with hands-on campaign building.
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel workflows, cold email deliverability, Clay, and LinkedIn outreach at scale.
• Clear, fluent English with ability to lead live calls with US/UK founders.

Responsabilidades

• Build the full outbound stack: GoHighLevel workflows/pipelines/AI agents, cold email infrastructure, Clay tables, HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns, and ringless voicemail sequences.
• Automate handoffs between tools so manual copy-paste goes to zero.
• Run and optimize daily: monitor inboxes/LinkedIn, triage replies, route positive replies into booked meetings fast.
