Pliant is hiring a Growth Operations Analyst to bolster the US outbound motion. You will build and clean lead lists, maintain CRM data, and generate reports for sales leadership. The role offers growth from execution to owning outbound operations and may expand into adjacent areas like Insurance and events.

Hybrid role with preference for New York City-based candidates; after 6 months, remote work is possible based on performance. OTE demonstrated in compensation.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a fast-paced startup.
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data quality.
• Ownership: fix gaps and know when to raise a judgement call.
• Coachability: respond to feedback quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication with sales leaders and reps.
• Curiosity about AI and automation; familiarity with tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build, enrich, and qualify target account and contact lists for outbound campaigns and events.
• Score and segment accounts against the ICP for efficient BDR focus.
• Keep lists deduplicated and consistent with CRM data.
• Monitor sequence enrollment, bounces, opt-outs, and activity; fix data gaps.
• Extend outbound hygiene from BDRs to AE pipeline over time.
• Own weekly US sales reporting—activity, pipeline, outbound performance.
• Document workflows to be repeatable and assist with new tools adoption.
• Run and improve AI-powered workflows with the AI Unit.
