Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Operations at its hybrid Brentwood, TN office.

This leadership role provides strategic direction for enterprise growth, leveraging data-driven decision-making, scalable processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance. You will partner with senior leadership to prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and oversee systems, including Salesforce and related tools, to maximize growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree strongly preferred in business, management, healthcare, or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in growth operations, business operations, strategy, analytics, or healthcare operations.
• 5+ years leading leaders, managers, or multiple functional teams.
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing enterprise-level decisions.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic initiatives and organizational growth efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term Growth Operations strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on growth performance, business development opportunities, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness.
• Establish departmental goals, priorities, and key performance indicators that support enterprise growth initiatives.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, technology solutions, and process enhancements that increase scalability and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve growth performance and drive business results.
• Provide executive leadership with actionable insights based on growth analytics and forecasting.
• Oversee optimization and strategic utilization of Salesforce, Trilliant, and other growth-related technologies.
• Ensure collaboration across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Recruiting, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
