Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a General Manager II to lead the contract and drive growth with the existing customer base. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and manage staff to meet client needs.

You will also drive profitability, develop cost controls, and foster continuous improvement using Kaizen and LEAN methodologies across geographically dispersed facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, 3PL or Transportation is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in operations and business management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract(s) and all employees to grow and develop additional business opportunities with the existing customer.
• Ensure ongoing customer service and maintain customer relations through daily communications with the customer.
• Be responsible for attainment of profit objectives, provide financial analysis and decision making for the customer.
• Oversee safety, quality, cost control programs and staff planning to meet customer needs.
