Job summary

Openbase.ai seeks a Hands-on Head of Growth & Operations to lead GTM, developer acquisition, and partnerships. You will own the commercial execution, onboarding, and internal processes to scale from launch to 10,000 users, working directly with the founder in a fully remote setup.

You will build a measurable growth path, collaborate with engineering on onboarding improvements, and manage a small team as the company scales. Strong English, results orientation, and startup experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth at an early-stage SaaS or API company.
• Proven ability to acquire users with quantifiable results.
• Strong written English and ability to work closely with a founder.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market, acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategy.
• Build and execute a growth roadmap with weekly experiments and monthly targets.
• Define positioning, messaging, and partnerships to drive developer adoption.
• Lead recruitment, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering.
• Establish dashboards tracking CAC, activation, retention, paying customers, and revenue.
