Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Lead to optimize the expert-supply engine for Generative AI projects. You’ll drive growth, manage onboarding, and coordinate across engineering, operations, GTM, and delivery teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The role demands a strong analytics foundation with SQL/Python and a track record in scaling AI-enabled marketplaces. Expect a dynamic, ambiguous environment with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on growth, product, or operations, or as a SWE.
• Experience with operations-heavy business models (e.g. on-demand, marketplace, logistics, supply chain).
• A degree in STEM is ideal, and the role requires the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a robust analytical approach and data-driven growth strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to navigate ambiguity and scale new products or services.
• Prior experience building with AI tools and workflows, and ability to learn new AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical growth projects that expand the expert supply for Scale’s AI projects in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Develop and enhance growth strategies, funnels, and pipelines for acquiring expert contributors via multiple channels.
• Improve onboarding, screening, verification, and training systems to activate and ramp experts quickly.
• Manage supply-side operations across the contributor lifecycle including activation, retention, churn mitigation and routing.
• Build analytical systems and operating rhythms to forecast capacity and diagnose funnel bottlenecks.
• Present regular progress updates to Scale’s executive team with clear recommendations.
• Tackle growth challenges in AI expert marketplaces and set standards for sourcing and managing talent.
