Dentsu is seeking a VP, Growth Operations to act as a strategic partner and driver of growth initiatives, aligning executive leadership across business development and operations. You will oversee teams focused on new logo acquisition, organic growth, and funnel optimization.

The role entails leading high-value opportunities, building financial models, and coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, growth strategy, or client leadership within marketing, media, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value opportunities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; adept at balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Experience with financial modeling, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue & Growth Leadership: drive annual revenue goals for new logo acquisition and organic growth.
• Monitor progress toward a +25% YOY growth forecast with weekly updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Manage Opportunity Evaluation & Pipeline Management using structured scorecards and bandwidth analysis.
• Lead Pitch & Proposal Management end-to-end with C-suite coordination and financial modeling.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Selling initiatives with network C-suite leaders across media, creative, and CRM.
• Support Executive Operations including budgeting inputs, pipeline analysis, and monthly Town Halls communications.
• Collaborate on Marketing & Thought Leadership with leadership and marketing for outbound campaigns and industry events.
