Qualifications

• Proven GovCon program management experience and operations leadership.
• Strong track record in leading large organizations or portfolios.
• Ability to develop and implement portfolio-level process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across offerings for a portfolio of customers.
• Lead Directors and their teams to ensure performance across contracts.
• Develop best practices and governance controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
• Support pipeline and capture activities with Sales for new revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to execute customer growth strategies.
