The Judge Group seeks an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to lead operations for a mid-size government contracting business in Arlington, VA. The role requires active secret clearance and a proven record of scaling operations in complex environments.

As COO, you will align strategy with execution, Own P&L, drive efficiency, and shape a high-performance culture across functions while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience for Department of Defense or intelligence community.
• Experience overseeing finance, accounting, HR, contracts, and IT functions.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
• Proven success leading multi-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across executive levels.
