Color Health is hiring a Growth Operations & Automation Manager to scale our Growth Marketing function. You’ll join a hybrid team in South San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO, and own operating systems, automation, and reporting across campaigns.

You’ll translate problems into clear requests for product/eng and build tools that reduce manual work, while owning planning cadences and data standards to improve campaign performance and predictability.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or product operations, or business operations in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to turn messy problems into clear written requests with scope and owners.
• Understanding of how engineers scope and build solutions; know when to build or ask for help.
• Experience building operating cadences, planning processes or business reviews from scratch.
• Experience building or owning a measurement framework from scratch.
• Experience using AI to speed work while validating outputs.
• Fluency with spreadsheets, BI dashboards and project management software.
• Bias toward action with systems-thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Turn team problems into clear product/engineering requests and drive prioritization.
• Build tools and automations to reduce manual work.
• Design and run campaign calendars, QA, docs and weekly reporting.
• Serve as a go-to resource for improving processes across the team.
• Enable easier client approvals and streamlined customization requests.
• Own weekly cross-channel reporting so the team can see performance at a glance.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, maintain cadence and goals.
• Set data standards and tagging for comparable campaign performance.
• Identify process/tool gaps and implement fixes.
• Manage marketing tech contracts and budget, forecast with Finance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client services to drive revenue and impact.
