2B Living is expanding its Growth team in San Francisco, seeking a high-ownership operator to advance new-business opportunities. You will partner directly with the Growth Leader to shape how the company wins and scales, building the operating system behind growth without losing the local, small-team magic that defines our culture.

In this role, you’ll own the cadence of growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help scale our 6,000+ unit portfolio across diverse client

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence around active growth opportunities from first serious engagement through signed agreement and handoff.
• Maintain a disciplined, accurate CRM and ensure every meaningful opportunity has clear economics, ownership, next steps, timing and follow-up.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, financial analyses, deal inputs, market information and other materials needed to advance opportunities.
• Keep complex deals moving by coordinating internal stakeholders across operations, accounting, leasing, maintenance, onboarding, legal and leadership.
• Build repeatable templates.
