• Seed-stage founder mentality: high-agency, self-directed and resourceful.
• Strong execution orientation and willingness to do whatever is required.
• Generalist capable of handling case management, operations, finance, and external relations at a high level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong with numbers and financial systems; comfortable owning the full financial picture.
• Mission-driven and pragmatic—focused on real, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary case manager: review AI-assisted intakes, conduct human verification and discernment, coordinate delivery of help, and track outcomes
• Own incoming communications and respond to emails and platform inquiries promptly
• Lead fundraising, donor relationships, and events
• Partner closely with the developer on platform, website, and systems improvements
• Own financial operations end-to-end: budgeting, bookkeeping, payments, reporting, and compliance
• Drive external communications, storytelling, and PR
• Build and maintain internal systems and processes as the organization grows
• Report clear progress and metrics to the board
