2B Living is expanding its Growth team in San Francisco, seeking a high-ownership operator to advance new-business opportunities. You will partner directly with the Growth Leader to shape how the company wins and scales, building the operating system behind growth without losing the local, small-team magic that defines our culture.
In this role, you’ll own the cadence of growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help scale our 6,000+ unit portfolio across diverse client
2B Living isn't one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the Bay Area — we're THE fastest-growing, the most client-obsessed, and we're building the first institutional-grade platform in our market without losing the local, small-team magic that got us here. We're now preparing for our next stage of growth: expanding our footprint, deepening our presence in existing markets, and building specialized growth strategies across several client segments.
You'll join 2B Living's Growth team, working directly alongside our Growth Leader on the company's highest-impact new-business opportunities. This is a high-trust, high-ownership seat on Growth — not a support role — for someone who brings structure, judgment and follow-through to a fast-moving environment, helps build the operating system behind our next several thousand units, and grows into a client-facing role as they prove themselves.
Growth at 2B Living spans multiple business lines: single-family homes, high-net-worth multifamily owners, real estate investors, large multi-property clients and commercial property management. Each client type has a different sales motion, different economics and different operating needs. Today, much of that growth runs through one Growth Leader.
This role creates leverage around that Growth Leader. You'll make it possible for them to spend more time where the company gets the greatest return — with clients, prospects, brokers, investors, properties and markets — while you make sure the machinery behind those relationships is exceptionally well run.
This is a build-the-function role. You won't simply inherit a mature playbook — you'll help create it, with real room to grow into a broader Growth organization with increasing ownership over client relationships, markets, and eventually specific business lines.
