Job summary

RevHealth is seeking a Senior Associate, Growth to coordinate growth pursuits including credentials, RFI/RFP responses, and new business pitches. You will track and report activity, organize materials, and support senior Growth leaders across multiple initiatives.

You will monitor industry news, draft responses, and maintain documentation while collaborating with partners. Hybrid (Morristown, NJ) or remote, with a competitive salary in line with market standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience with HubSpot or Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with senior leaders.
• Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pitch logistics from kickoff through submission.
• Manage and organize presentations, materials, and collateral for new business opportunities.
• Draft and compile responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Research prospective clients, therapeutic categories, and competitive landscapes.
• Monitor industry/prospect news and share updates with Growth stakeholders.
• Maintain new business documentation and shared folders.
• Provide project support to senior Growth team members.
• Track financial information (job numbers, invoicing, spend).
• Contribute to ad hoc Growth projects.
