Job summary

ReKlame Health is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Operations team in NYC. You’ll own dashboards, drive operating cadence, and lead cross-functional projects that unlock growth.

This is a growth-focused role with daily exposure to executive decision-making and ownership from day one. You’ll help solve credentialing and payer setup challenges, improve revenue operations, and collaborate across Clinical Ops, Finance, and leadership to move initiatives forward in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills to build models and dashboards and extract actionable insights.
• Proven project management ability: organized, deadline-driven, multi-workstream execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to distill complexity for senior audiences.
• High initiative and resourcefulness; thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing settings.
• Meticulous attention to detail; final-quality work.
• Healthcare operations experience (credentialing, payers, RCM, or care delivery) is a plus.
• Able to work 4 days/week in the Grand Central (NYC) office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics like providers hired/credentialed and ready to bill, and payer readiness by state.
• Analyze core metrics to identify risks and opportunities and translate into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Contribute to weekly operating scorecards and monthly leadership reviews.
