Job summary

Decagon is seeking a growth-oriented engineer to own end-to-end sales and delivery pipelines. You will help architect shared platforms and workflows that empower our GTM teams and scale operations in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering, translating hypotheses into measurable improvements using data, models, and tooling. Prior experience at startups and a strong quantitative background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Technical foundation: computer science, math, statistics, data science, or similar quantitative field.
• Comfortable combining strategy frameworks with hands-on engineering and a strong metrics mindset.
• Operating experience at an early-stage company, product, zero-to-one building, or equivalent.
• High slope: quick learner without requiring deep industry knowledge or tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sellers, revenue operations, growth marketing, and engineering to brainstorm solutions that increase pipeline and deal flow.
• Debug business problems end to end: hypothesis, data, vendor evaluation, ship features, then establish operating cadence.
• Set the roadmap for tools, product, or operational rhythms to accelerate revenue growth.
• Stand up an end-to-end quantitative view of deal pipeline and movement and evaluation frameworks proving impact.
