Qualifications

• Quantitative background in CS/math/statistics/data science or similar.
• Ability to blend strategy with hands-on engineering and strong metrics mindset.
• Experience at an early-stage company.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sellers, revenue operations, growth marketing, and engineering to brainstorm solutions to accelerate pipeline and deal flow.
• Debug end-to-end: form hypotheses, analyze data, evaluate vendors, ship features, and establish operating cadence.
• Define roadmaps for tools, products, or operational rhythms to boost revenue growth.
• Create an end-to-end quantitative view of deal pipeline and develop evaluation frameworks to prove impact.
