Job summary

Decagon is building a data-driven foundation to support executive decision-making. You will design and implement data infrastructure, work with engineering to surface reliable event data, and translate complex business needs into measurable data problems across Growth, GTM, Pricing, and Product.

You will own end-to-end data solutions, collaborating with analytics, engineering, and leadership to enable scalable insights and faster, more confident decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data experience in early stage or high growth environments.
• Expert in SQL and BI tooling (Hex, Looker or similar).
• You are an owner and end-to-end technologist with a hands-on mindset across data, engineering, and business.

Responsibilities

• Build 0 to 1 data infrastructure to enable strategic conversations.
• Instrument new product data surfaces with engineering and ensure clean event data.
• Translate ambiguous business scenarios into measurable data problems across Growth, GTM, Pricing, Deals Desk, Strategic Finance and Product.
• Continuously improve data infrastructure as volumes scale.
