Decagon is hiring a Growth Engineer to own the technical surface areas that drive growth—our website and growth products beyond marketing campaigns. You’ll shape the roadmap, build tools, and surface AI-powered experiences that convert to pipeline.

You will own strategy across site growth, partner with product engineering, and mentor a growing team. Experience with AI tooling and multi-market sites is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with growth/marketing exposure and a track record of shipping technical products.
• Owned a website or growth surface as a product with strategy and outcomes.
• Experience across full stack CMS architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered tooling.
• Built and shipped growth-oriented products or tools.
• Able to evaluate and manage SEO/AEO and website ops long-term.
• Thrives in ambiguity and adapting team scope over time.

Responsibilities

• Own the website as a product: strategy, prioritization, and roadmap across international markets.
• Design and ship technical growth tools beyond the website leveraging Decagon's AI stack.
• Lead and automate growth experiments, establish testing cadence and infrastructure.
• Grow the team around you: hire and mentor specialists in SEO/AEO and website ops.
• Collaborate with growth, product engineering, and regional sales to align investments with business needs.
