Job summary

Qonto is seeking an Apprentice for Growth Operations to help build data connections and integrations powering growth channels. You will work under Hugo, focusing on data flows between CRM and marketing tools, and on enriching data for Sales.

You’ll use SQL, Python or JavaScript, and AI tools to generate actionable insights while collaborating with Engineering to improve the data infrastructure and tracking across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently studying software engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.
• Familiar with APIs and data integration concepts.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure API integrations to ensure reliable data flow between systems like Salesforce, Segment, Braze, and others.
• Build data enrichment flows to give Sales teams the best insights.
• Own website tracking and tagging to boost Paid Acquisition campaigns.
• Use SQL and Python or JavaScript with AI tools to turn messy data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot issues and improve data infrastructure.
