Job summary

Qonto seeks an Analytics Engineer in Business Analytics to own end-to-end data models feeding Product, Growth and Ops Finance analytics, designing scalable dbt models and migrating to Omni with a real semantic layer.

You will collaborate with Jules Jeanroy, Analytics Engineering Manager, and partner daily with Business Analysts across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance to build reliable data foundations and scale analytics practices.

Qualifications

• Analytics Engineering fundamentals — strong in dbt and SQL, especially dimensional modeling.
• Shipped production-grade models that other teams rely on for dashboards.
• Familiarity with data platforms and semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Build data models trusted by Business Analytics teams; design and ship dbt models and tests.
• Partner with Business Analysts to ensure data reliability and avoid quick fixes.
• Reduce technical debt by migrating data stack components to scalable solutions like Omni.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery through delivery and measure impact.
• Scale workflows with AI to speed up documentation, testing, and modeling.
