Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for 2–3 new members to bolster the Business Operations & Analytics function across Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, and Strategic Partnerships. You will own the analytical function for a core business unit end-to-end, turning data into decisions that move key metrics.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth technology company.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Define problems and required data before analysis; push back on flawed questions.
Define metrics, build reports and run analyses to surface insights that move key metrics.
Drive recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations with clear rationale.
