Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a data-driven Analytics professional to join the Business Operations & Analytics team. You will be embedded in a core business area, own the end-to-end analytical function, and drive decisions with data.

You will define questions, build metrics, run analyses, and present actionable insights to leadership, influencing strategic priorities across growth, product, and partnerships. This role emphasizes ownership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• You’ll sit on our central Business Operations & Analytics team but you’ll be embedded in a core business area and own the analytical function end-to-end.
• Define business questions before analysis and push back if the question is flawed.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move key metrics.
• Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and drive next steps.
