Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Business Operations & Analytics professional to join our centralized team, embedded with a core growth, product, AI and partnerships area. You will own the analytics function end-to-end, define problems, build dashboards, run experiments, and drive decisions that move key metrics.

You will not only analyze but also execute, shaping questions, data pulls, and recommended actions, with a strong focus on impact and ownership in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and the decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and outline next steps.
