Jerry.ai is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets. The Business Operations & Analytics team accelerates growth by delivering data-driven insights that inform decisions across product, growth, tech, and operations.

You’ll be embedded in one core business area—growth, product, AI & automation, or partnerships—and own the analytics end-to-end: define the right questions, build reports, run analyses, and surface insights that move key metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems before analyses.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to leadership and drive actions across teams.
• You’ll be embedded in one core area and own the analytical function end-to-end.
