Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Business Operations & Analytics professional to join embedded in one of our core business areas—growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and own the analytical function end-to-end.

You’ll define problems, build metrics and reports, run analyses, and surface data-driven insights to inform decisions with leadership. The role blends hands-on analytics with execution and impact across a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand business question it's answering and what decision it will inform.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes: bring recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance or operations, and drive next steps.
