Job summary

Base is building the next-generation power platform and is scaling its customer acquisition systems. This role focuses on accelerating the GTM engine through automated workflows, data-driven experimentation, and robust instrumentation.

You will collaborate across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Support to deliver faster, smarter customer engagement and measurable improvements in conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking with ability to identify bottlenecks and leverage opportunities.
• Proven track record building workflows or automation that drove business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with data, funnels, attribution, and customer behavior.
• Ability to operate independently and execute quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Technical fluency and curiosity to learn tools and work with engineering teams.
• High ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build systems, workflows, and automation that improve GTM speed and effectiveness.
• Drive experimentation across product, referrals, onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth operations.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows and measurement.
• Build instrumentation, event tracking, and data quality across growth systems.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Support teams to improve funnels.
• Improve measurement and funnel visibility to accelerate experimentation velocity.
