Job summary

Base Power seeks a Growth Engineer to design data-driven experiences across the member lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to understand gaps in the user journey and craft MVP improvements that accelerate education, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications
