Job summary

Basis is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the go-to-market stack end-to-end from day one. You will architect and optimize the systems powering outbound and paid acquisition while coordinating with sales, RevOps, and engineering for scalable growth.

You will design integration between CRM, marketing automation, finance, and data warehouse, and you will embed AI-powered workflows to improve enrichment and pipeline visibility. This is a hands-on role at Basis NYC location.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Growth/Marketing/Revenue Ops roles with ownership of outcomes.
• Hands-on GTM tooling: CRM configuration, automation, sequencing, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack end-to-end: architecture, data model, automation, and evolution.
• Build and run outbound infrastructure including list building, enrichment, delivery, and tracking.
• Design the integration layer connecting CRM to marketing, finance, data warehouse, and support tooling.
• Run paid acquisition experiments across search, social, and content syndication with measurable impact.
• Embed AI workflows for enrichment, scoring, pipeline visibility, and rep productivity with tools like Clay, Gong, Apollo.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business requirements into architecture and growth roadmap.
