Job summary

Agnello & Rogers is seeking a Business Analyst to identify data-driven strategies and drive growth. The role involves building analytics tools, managing dashboards for marketplaces, and collaborating across ops, communications, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and use analytical tools to measure and generate ways to improve customer acquisition/retention/engagement and grow overall platform usage.
Hands-on assistance managing dynamic and growing marketplaces using custom dashboards.
Serve in both project management and operator roles on various ops, comms and marketing initiatives.
Help manage and improve automated drip campaigns, ensuring timely deployment and analyzing open rates and campaign effectiveness.
Draft copy for and implement email, text, and other digital communication campaigns.
Help manage paid media campaigns to maximize RO.
