Job summary

Empower seeks a Business Analyst to work with our central operations team to design data-driven strategies for growth. This role supports customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through analytics, dashboards, and targeted campaigns.

The role can be remote for US-based candidates or in-person in McLean, VA. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a strong ROI mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academics.
• 3–5 years post-college experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in data analytics; Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL/R/Python a plus.
• Clear understanding of ROI and business impact.
• Ambitious and dependable with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics to measure and improve customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and platform usage.
• Provide hands-on management of dynamic marketplaces via custom dashboards.
• Serve in project management and operator roles across Ops, Communications, and Marketing initiatives.
• Administer and analyze email drip campaigns, ensuring timely deployment and campaign effectiveness.
• Draft copy for email, text, and other digital campaigns.
• Lead scheduling and expansion of vehicle exterior advertising and in-vehicle marketing efforts.
• Create content for unpaid social media campaigns and assist with paid media to maximize ROI.
