Responsibilities

• Help manage and maintain operational readiness across current and future markets (licenses, certifications, registrations, and other requirements).
• Develop and maintain systems to track license and certification renewals, expirations, documentation, and deadlines.
• Support relationships with partners, onboarding requirements, credentials, documentation, and program requirements.
• Identify operational requirements to enter new markets, add service lines, and expand operations.
• Support growth initiatives through organic expansion and acquisitions.
• Plan integrations for acquired companies including people, processes, systems, and documentation.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Document and improve scalable operational processes and procedures across departments.
• Support implementation of new systems with training, documentation, and change management.
• Research industry trends and best practices to increase operational effectiveness.
• Turn leadership's strategic initiatives into organized, measurable plans.
