Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain operational readiness across current and future markets.
• Track licenses, certifications, renewals, expirations, documentation, and deadlines.
• Support relationships with TPA partners, onboarding, credentials, documentation, and program requirements.
• Identify operational requirements to enter new markets, add service lines, and expand operations.
• Assist growth initiatives through organic expansion and acquisitions.
• Develop integration plans for acquired companies, including people, processes, systems.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Work across departments to implement scalable processes and SOPs.
• Support rollout of new systems with process development, training, and change management.
• Research industry trends and technology solutions to improve operations.
• Turn leadership's strategic initiatives into organized, measurable plans.
• Seek ways to simplify processes, increase accountability, and scale successfully.
