Fivetran is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional product initiatives from conception to delivery and adoption. You will partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to launch features that meet business goals and customer needs.

The role is full-time, hybrid in Oakland or Denver, reporting to the Manager of Product Program Management, with a focus on scalable program management and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience overseeing cloud-based SaaS products from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of market trends and SaaS financials.
• Strong data analysis and market research skills.
• Understanding user needs throughout product development.
• Mastery of program management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
• PM certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent product initiatives.
• Develop detailed program plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Work with product, engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and support to drive adoption of new features.
• Lead regular progress meetings and track milestones.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Present updates to senior management with key metrics and risks.
• Improve processes, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency.
