Job summary

You will train new hires, lead team huddles, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards while working to meet financial goals. Houston location, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
