Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for a Burger King franchise in Austin, TX. This role offers hands-on leadership opportunities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.

You will mentor new team members, manage daily operations, and drive service quality while maintaining cost controls. The position requires strong guest service skills and the ability to lead in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Builds the capability of the shift supervisors and prepares them for their next level.
• Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success.
• Active coaching of brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory to inform product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
