Dhanani Group Inc’s Burger King in Angleton, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, develop leaders, ensure quality and service, manage schedules, and coach staff to meet standards. You’ll partner with the GM to drive guest satisfaction and maintain operational excellence.

The role offers growth within a growing franchise with everyday opportunities to impact customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC is met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
