• Manages cash handling, HACCP logs, and daily numbers.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders and optimize costs.
• Monitors staff planning and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and manages onboarding for new hires.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
