Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for our Burger King location in Dickinson, TX. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure high standards of service and quality.

In this fast-paced role, you will lead crew members, monitor performance, handle scheduling, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must show leadership and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong guest service skills and effective communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to train and coach team members and shift leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by prioritizing people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences and ensure service quality.
• Maintain balance between employee and guest experiences and financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide necessary training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform staff.
• Ensure ongoing training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and onboarding processes.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Ensure cleanliness and quality across the restaurant.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and operations.
