Job summary

Rosendin Idaho Falls is seeking a Project Assistant to support the project team with admin and scheduling tasks. You will help recap changes, track RFIs, and manage payroll and billing processes. The role involves coordinating with vendors and maintaining project records.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field and 1–2 years of PM support experience in construction, with strong organizational and communication skills. Join a shareholder-owned leader in electrical contracting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ project management support experience, preferably in a construction environment.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCO’s).
• Price up material vouchers.
• Write up and track RFIs.
• Track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors and fill out forms (HRC, OCIP).
• Update project schedules on Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Monthly billing (Schedule of Values/Cover sheet).
• Create and update material flow sheets and logs.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and light material ordering.
• Other duties as assigned by the project team.
