Barrett & Stokely, a real estate investment and management firm, seeks a Leasing Professional to support the Property Manager in delivering top-tier service to residents. You will collect rent, process late payments, and prepare renewal offers and leases while ensuring move-in readiness and accurate resident data.

The role requires knowledge of multifamily management, Fair Housing law, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in multi-family management, leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software such as Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to ensure high resident service levels.
• Collect and post rent payments, process late payments, and issue notices as needed.
• Generate renewal offers and draft leases after returns.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and input resident information for move-ins/move-outs.
• Comply with local ordinances, state and federal laws, including Fair Housing.
